Training Up Brianna

Potty training was an assault on the nasal passages. And man did some of those leavings stink. Perhaps buying a gas-mask might help deal with the stink, but somehow, it probably would look more silly than practical.

Luckily for the kids, the bus made it up to Summerhill Court with no problems whatsoever and that was rather surprising due to the buses not having any apparent chains and despite the the lack of regular snow removal from the streets.

Haruo tried to finish off a few more paintings since he was trying to increase his painting's value and the more often that one paints, the more value it attains. He also had to fend off an unwanted phone call.

River finished off a painting and received a call from the City Hall, asking her to for more paintings that she had created. Needless to say, she was more than agreeable. (Isn't MC fun).

River said that she would be down as soon as she took care of Brianna's needs. The City Hall was fine with that.

The streets were slippery and River knew that she was driving a high-performance vehicle in Haruo's Margarite Vaguester. But she still managed to control it with finesse.

She arrived at the City Hall around 7PM finding out that Dustin Langerak was loitering around enjoying the snowfall.

"You know, really, Dustin, that's not the way to make a snow angel. You might want to, I don't know...breathe, maybe..."

Haruo also came down because he had to deal with the purchase of the former Alto residence. which would be promptly torn down.

Meanwhile at home the rest of the family had dinner.

River when she got home decided to deal with teaching Brianna how to talk.

...and how to walk...

...while hubby cut jewels...

...and the kids did their homework...

Of course, Haruo doted on his daughter.

But of course...that's the way things go with fathers and daughters. Little girls just know instinctively how to wrap their fathers around their little fingers.
