Settling Back In

It's hard to settle in after a vacation the likes of travelling the world. After taking in all the sights that the world had to offer, the temptation was to keep travelling, but simoleons only take you so far even if you have §23M of them and even while you were away, you still had to take care of taxes and other bills or you'd get your house repo'd.

...and Haruo didn't particularly want that, especially after a vacation which was absolutely relaxing.

Skip Broke decided to be a little posterior crevice to Jerad, Caitlin's son, and well, the Watcher decided to drop a couple meteors on him as well as light him up with a lightning bolt. I'm still not sure if he got the message. But we'll see.

Everybody just reverted to a "grab your grub when you want" scenario. Eventually everyone got their dinner.

Evidently while they were away, the city had opened up a new pool right beside their property. Well...that just worked great because Haruo and River got a wish to skinny-dip...and then catch a late movie

Evidently Sandi was biking home while River sprinted across the street to get to the movie theatre.

The Chikamoris added a few more decorations to their home...namely paintings and framed photographs.

It was the height of summer so it was starting to get very hot. And Yasunobu carried his umbrella everywhere for shade.

As they aged, Yasunobu and Susan knew that their time together was running out and they elected to spend a lot of time taking time for each other.

River, being a gamer, enjoyed playing video games on the console.

Masatoshi, having moved out, had a lot of work at the Science Center, but took time to come out and pay his respects to his father at the family cemetery.

Sandi on the other hand was busy with her own things to do in journalism and was slowly moving up the ranks.

Skip Broke as usual was still being a rectal crevice to Jerad and well...the Watcher decided to drop a few more lightning bolts and meteors on him.

Susan got the opportunity to go collect said rocks, and while she was there, she gave Skip Broke a piece of her fist for picking on her relative.

Nighty-night, Skippy.
